At TrolleyExpress, our goal is simple: to bring you the best products at the absolute best prices. However, we know that automated shipping costs at checkout can sometimes be very expensive.

The checkout system on our website automatically calculates live rates using only specific courier companies that integrate directly with online stores. Unfortunately, these automated system rates are not always the most cost-effective option for your specific order.

To save you money, we make use of other reliable independent courier and logistical companies that cannot be integrated into our automated website system.

It does not matter if your order is big or small—whether you are buying a single small item or a large bulk shipment, we will manually check our outside networks to try and get you a better price on courier costs (please note that while we do our best to find an alternative, a lower rate cannot be guaranteed).

If you feel your checkout shipping cost is too high, please do not worry. You can contact us directly before paying, or you can complete your checkout using our "Cheaper Courier Quote" option (which will display as FREE at checkout because the shipping fee is not added to your initial card payment):

Our team will manually compare rates across all our non-integrated logistics networks to see if we can find you a more affordable courier rate. If a better option is available, we will email you a custom, lower shipping invoice so you can complete your purchase smoothly.
